the location was quite convenient with easy access to chinatown. the staff were friendly and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile). my room, a standard room one double bed one single bed, had complimentary coffee, which i definitely used.
the room was quite small and didn't have much storage space. the air conditioning unit was rather loud, i even used earplugs. also, i wasn't happy about paying to store my luggage after checkout (that seemed a bit much).

the person cleaning my room tossed some clothes, which wasn't ideal. they forgot toilet paper once after i asked for it. the room also lacked a fridge.

the staff was friendly and the location was pretty good.
I found dried blood on a pillow after my first night. Housekeeping put the same bloody pillowcase back on the bed after making it!!! the manager never followed up, so i'm very disappointed.

i really loved the helpful staff. they gave assistance with directions and recommendations for local eateries. our room was cozy. the provided coffee machine made mornings easier. i appreciated that.
sadly, the room wasn't always refreshed daily. i was also a bit sad to have thin walls. every sound from the hallway and the next room traveled easily. earplugs became my romantic companion .

The location was acceptable. It was close to the subway and some shops.
The room was not as clean as I expected. There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived, a very unpleasant surprise. the noise from the street at night kept me awake. I could hear everything.

the location was really convenient for exploring. it was close to several subway stations (i think three!) , made getting around easy. i also liked having plenty of restaurants nearby, it was great for trying new food.
the walls seemed quite thin, i could hear hallway noise. it wasn't ideal. also, the air conditioning was pretty loud. the pillows weren't very comfortable either (they were a bit flat).
